Built in 2009 on 14th in the heart of DC, ChurchKey has firmly established itself as the east coast epicenter for connoisseurs of craft beer. ChurchKey was conceived and created out of love and passion for beer in all its facets. With a collection of 500 hand-picked labels meticulously curated by Beverage Director/ Partner Greg Engert, this ambitious undertaking is designed to celebrate the full spectrum of styles, traditions, regions and flavor possibilities. An unparalleled combination of small-batch brands, temp-controlled drafts, a deep selection of traditional glassware and a rare level of knowledge is further enhanced by the talent and wit from our kitchen.

Join ChurchKey on Friday, November 22nd, 2024, to celebrate the release of ÜberCopacetic, a special collaboration beer between Bluejacket and the iconic indie band, Velocity Girl!

Crafted in honor of the re-release of their debut album Copacetic (originally released in 1993 on Sub Pop Records), ÜberCopacetic is a 5.0% Dunkel Lager that balances rich malt character with a smooth finish.
​
Members of Velocity Girl will be in-house, offering limited-edition UltraCopacetic vinyls for sale. Throughout the night, the bar will feature a curated playlist of the band’s music, making this a must-attend event for craft beer and indie rock enthusiasts alike. Don’t miss out on this unique celebration of music and brews!
